Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business partnership and coaching to leaders to enhance talent motivation, development, and retention
  • Support the talent lifecycle process including performance management, talent calibrations, and succession planning
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate across teams to optimize HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a talent organization, preferably in a high-growth global tech company
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to apply it as an HR adviser
  • Experience supporting cross-functional global teams
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change effectively
  • Experience in providing Employee Relations support throughout the performance management process
