Senior People Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Partner, Engineering and Security (West Coast Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
• Coach leaders on performance management, team culture, and succession planning
• Lead performance processes and manage complex employee relations concerns

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience, preferably in Engineering or Security
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and employee relations
• Experience supporting global, distributed teams, especially in the US and EMEA
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics to drive decision-making
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and standard People tools
