Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Partner or HR Business Partner roles
• Experience supporting technical teams, with a preference for those in Tech or SaaS industries
• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions without relying on formal authority
• Comfortable with HR systems and using data to inform decisions
