Job Summary
To support the Risk & Banking Operations organization, the full-time Senior People Partner will consult with leadership on people processes, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational design, while working remotely or from designated locations in the U.S. and Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an HR partner to leadership, focusing on manager to director levels within the Risk & Banking Ops team
- Provide consultative HR solutions by diagnosing issues and advising on performance management, coaching, and organizational development
- Monitor organizational health and design interventions to address potential challenges or risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a people-facing HR role, preferably in a high-growth company
- Proficiency in coaching, facilitation, and influencing across various levels
- Experience in developing scalable and innovative people processes
- High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information discreetly
