Job Summary
Partnering with the Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams, the full-time Senior People Partner will provide strategic HR support, focusing on employee growth, performance management, and organizational design, with the flexibility to work remotely within Canada or the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to executives, understanding business needs and diagnosing people-related issues
- Advise on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development while designing interventions for organizational health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruiting, talent management, and employee engagement programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years in a people-facing HR role, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in high-growth companies
- Experience in coaching, facilitation, and influencing across various levels
- Proficiency in creating scalable, innovative people processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
