Job Summary

Providing strategic partnership to executives and team leaders, the full-time Senior People Partner (Business Partner) will manage talent management, employee relations, and organizational initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Offer proactive strategic partnership in talent management and staff experience across the organization
  • Consult with team leaders on employee relations matters and support performance development processes
  • Steward talent systems and initiatives, collaborating across teams to enhance organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of senior-level Human Resources experience, preferably in Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles
  • Proven track record of building senior-level relationships and expertise in HR programs and functions
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments while managing multiple responsibilities
