Job Summary

Partnering strategically with business leaders, the full-time Senior People Partner will drive people strategy, workforce planning, and key people programs while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic People Partner to leaders, driving the people agenda and talent strategy
  • Develop and execute people strategies related to performance management, organizational design, and employee engagement
  • Coach leaders to enhance team effectiveness and support DEI initiatives and talent planning processes
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven track record of supporting international operations with a global workforce
  • Experience in organizational design, change management, and performance management
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment law
  • Experience in mission-driven organizations, particularly in energy or climate change sectors, is advantageous
