Job Summary
Partnering with Revenue leaders in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior People Partner will manage people priorities, provide guidance on employee matters, and build trusted relationships to enhance team effectiveness and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Revenue leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
- Offer practical recommendations on complex employee matters while balancing business needs and employee experience
- Lead core people processes and utilize data to identify trends and recommend actions for improving team performance
Required qualifications
- Significant experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, preferably in a technology or fast-paced global environment
- Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success teams is strongly preferred
- Strong HR knowledge in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
- Ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment and effective communication skills
- Experience working with global or distributed teams, understanding regional and cultural nuances
