Job Summary
Partnering with leaders across Corporate Functions, the full-time remote Senior People Partner will advise on organizational talent strategies, workforce planning, and the adoption of AI-enabled practices to enhance business effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Advise leaders on complex organizational and talent matters, including workforce planning and organizational design
- Translate business priorities into actionable organizational and talent plans while promoting AI integration
- Design and improve scalable people programs that enhance leadership capability and employee experience
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner or People Partner experience in high-growth technology companies
- Demonstrated success in supporting organizations through periods of transformation and AI integration
- Experience advising Director and VP-level leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy
- Strong employee relations expertise with the ability to influence through data-driven insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
