Senior People Partner

Job Summary

Supporting revenue-generating teams, the full-time Senior People Partner will manage organizational design, performance management, and employee relations for Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Patient Support departments in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Partner for leaders, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
• Lead performance review processes and coach managers through performance conversations in a high-visibility environment
• Own employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation, while applying scalable workflows for the People team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, particularly as a People Partner in a commercial or revenue-generating organization
• Deep understanding of variable compensation and experience supporting commissioned populations
• Proven track record in employee relations and performance management
• Experience with organizational design changes and restructures
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform people strategy
