Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior People Partner will promote and implement HR strategies, collaborate with business leaders to address cultural issues, and provide guidance on employment law and performance management.

• Promote and implement human resources strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with business leaders to resolve significant people and cultural issues
• Provide guidance on employment law and coordinate performance management processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures
• Ability to build and maintain influential relationships with management and employees
• Experience in performance management and employee relations
• Familiarity with HR systems and data management
