Position Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all personnel needs within assigned client group
• Provide guidance and support to staff and managers on navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics and handling performance management

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development
• Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience effectively navigating complex organizational systems, structures, and dynamics
• Awareness of racial dynamics and commitment to understanding the role systematic racism plays in society and the workplace
