Job Summary
Providing expert guidance and support, the full-time Senior People Relations Consultant will manage complex labor and employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and CBA interpretation, while collaborating with management and union leadership in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise leaders to promote positive labor relations and resolve workplace issues
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations and prepare summary reports with recommended resolutions
- Serve as a primary contact for labor issues, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years as an employee and labor relations consultant, including 3 years with union leadership
- Expert knowledge of employment laws, CBA interpretation, and labor relations best practices
- Strong consulting skills with proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
