Senior People Relations Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert guidance and support, the full-time Senior People Relations Consultant will manage complex labor and employee relations activities, including investigations and contract interpretation, while collaborating with leadership and union representatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promotes a positive labor and employee relations climate by managing and resolving workplace issues
• Conducts thorough workplace investigations and prepares detailed reports with recommended resolutions
• Advises business leadership on employment law and collective bargaining agreement interpretation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an employee and labor relations consultant
• 3+ years of experience working directly with union leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Expert knowledge of employment law, labor relations best practices, and CBA interpretation
• Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
