Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or People Relations
- Strong experience in performance management processes and workplace investigations
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Ability to document cases clearly and communicate effectively with leadership
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
