Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage performance management cases, providing coaching to managers and supporting termination decisions
  • Guide leaders through employee relations situations, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Document employee relations actions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or People Relations
  • Strong experience in performance management processes and workplace investigations
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • Ability to document cases clearly and communicate effectively with leadership
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
