Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Scientist to lead employee listening and assessment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of enterprise-wide and function-specific employee surveys, ensuring quality and alignment with HR priorities
  • Oversee assessment tools and interview resources, maintaining consistency and fairness in hiring and development practices
  • Translate survey and assessment findings into data-driven narratives for senior leadership and HR partners
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, organizational research, or assessment
  • Master's or PhD in I/O Psychology or a related quantitative psychology discipline
  • Knowledge of survey and assessment design fundamentals and advanced statistical techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets and either Python or R
  • Basic AI literacy and related evaluative skills preferred
