Senior People Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
Owning day-to-day configuration and support of core Workday HCM modules, the full-time Senior People Solutions Analyst will work remotely on a fixed-term contract through January 2028, focusing on automations, security access requests, and reporting for a global workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining Workato-based automations and prototyping workflows connecting Workday and other People Technology systems
- Managing configuration and integration upkeep of Workday's core HCM modules, including Absence Management and Time Tracking
- Developing Workday reports and testing new functionality to ensure effective data management and system performance
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and integrations, particularly in Absence Management and Time Tracking
- Familiarity with iPaaS/automation tools such as Workato is a plus
- Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse is advantageous
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance business processes and outcomes
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
