Senior People Strategy Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Strategy Partner to provide strategic HR consultation to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to faculty leaders on effective people management and performance differentiation
• Consult on organizational effectiveness and translate business priorities into actionable people plans
• Facilitate performance management practices and partner on talent reviews and succession planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• Seven or more years of strategic HR partnership experience in large organizations
• Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise and working with faculty
• Preferred experience in healthcare, academic medicine, or organizations with over 10,000 employees
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
