Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Strategy Partner to provide strategic HR consultation to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching to faculty leaders on effective people management and performance differentiation
- Consult on organizational effectiveness and translate business priorities into actionable people plans
- Facilitate performance management practices and partner on talent reviews and succession planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Seven or more years of strategic HR partnership experience in large organizations
- Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise and working with faculty
- Preferred experience in healthcare, academic medicine, or organizations with over 10,000 employees
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
