Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst to join their People Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with People Success and Compensation teams to understand product needs and provide feedback for internal product development
- Support organizational structure changes to ensure hierarchy accuracy and seamless change management
- Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS and related modules, optimizing the utilization of the documents product
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with a focus on configuration and administration
- Broad HR technology knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting
- Familiarity with people processes such as onboarding, performance, and compliance
- Experience working in a global company is a plus
- Bonus points for experience with HR product development or SaaS systems
