Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst to join their People Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with People Success and Compensation teams to understand product needs and provide feedback for internal product development
  • Support organizational structure changes to ensure hierarchy accuracy and seamless change management
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS and related modules, optimizing the utilization of the documents product


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with a focus on configuration and administration
  • Broad HR technology knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting
  • Familiarity with people processes such as onboarding, performance, and compliance
  • Experience working in a global company is a plus
  • Bonus points for experience with HR product development or SaaS systems
