Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst to enhance their People systems and deliver actionable people analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and administer key People Technology modules, such as Workday and Lattice
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable system configurations and reporting solutions
  • Enhance system functionality and ensure data accuracy and governance across People Technology systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles with hands-on configuration responsibilities
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday system administration, including expertise in HCM and Advanced Compensation
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting and experience working with analytics teams
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and cross-system data flows
  • Experience with EIBs, regression testing, and configuration impact analysis
