Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst (East Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level HR data and metrics, analyzing trends in HR data
• Write and maintain reports, ensuring data integrity and assisting with system upgrades
• Provide support for HCMS, recommend process improvements, and manage HR initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of global HRIS or Global HR Specialist experience with a systems orientation
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday reporting
• Workday administration experience required; implementation experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
