Job Summary

Senior People Systems Analyst, a full-time role focused on enhancing the people technology ecosystem with a strong emphasis on Workday configuration and integrations, while leveraging automation and AI to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enhancements across Workday and the broader People Tech stack
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve automation and enhance data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience with Workday HCM in a techno-functional capacity
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration and integrations
• Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns
• Familiarity with automation/iPaaS platforms and AI-powered tools
