Senior People Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the design and optimization of core people systems, the full-time Senior People Systems Analyst will lead complex system initiatives, ensure data integrity, and partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver reliable solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the configuration and ongoing optimization of HRIS and related systems
- Lead system enhancements, implementations, and oversee integrations across HRIS, ATS, and LMS
- Design scalable reporting and dashboards to support business decisions and guide testing strategies for system changes
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience supporting HRIS or people systems
- Deep experience with HR systems such as UKG or similar platforms
- Experience leading system enhancements, implementations, or migrations
- Strong expertise in system configuration, workflows, and integrations
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
