Key Responsibilities

• Lead the People Systems delivery engine, providing insights and tools for strategic partnerships
• Drive modernization and operational excellence across People Systems, enhancing technology and workflows
• Act as a Workday subject matter expert, optimizing configurations and delivering analytics for strategic HR decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems, specializing in Workday across Core HCM and Hire-to-Retire processes
• Hands-on mastery of Workday functional configuration and complex security frameworks
• Proficient in advanced Excel modeling and business intelligence tools like Power BI
• Experience with process re-engineering and knowledge of RPA or workflow tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; Workday certifications are a plus
