Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People & Talent Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, open enrollment, and employee changes
  • Assist and support the VP of People and People team on various projects and change management initiatives
  • Support performance process and track performance and participation across the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in building strong relationships and impactful programs
  • 5+ years of relevant People related experience
  • Detail and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • An owner mentality, actively solving problems rather than just identifying them
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and an interest in disruptive startups
