Job Summary
To enhance HR technology solutions, the full-time Senior People Tech Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and improvement of HR systems, focusing on optimizing Workday and collaborating with various stakeholders to elevate the employee experience, while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions across various HR domains, including HCM and talent management
- Analyze business processes to design and implement innovative, efficient HR solutions
- Lead HR transformation projects, ensuring effective integration and high user adoption while promoting technology governance and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of HR Tech experience with hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting HRIS tools, specifically Workday
- Proven track record of driving technology projects from concept through implementation, including change management
- Strategic thinker with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Familiarity with HR domains like talent management, performance, and compensation
