Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Technology & Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud HCM applications, focusing on various HR modules
• Troubleshoot issues related to OTBI and BIP reports, and build custom reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and support system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM applications
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with reporting tools
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to adjust working hours for collaboration across time zones
• Bachelor's Degree required
