Senior People Technology Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with Talent Acquisition and other People teams, the full-time Senior People Technology Analyst will manage technology solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle, focusing on automation, AI integration, and platform architecture in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify technology needs and develop scalable, secure solutions
- Automate recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and sustainability within the People Technology framework
- Build and enable shared integrations and data services that support AI-powered solutions across the People organization
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience
- Experience managing enterprise People platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse, including integration design using APIs
- Knowledge of technology solutions in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience with AI tools for automation and solution building
- Proven track record of leading technology initiatives from discovery to implementation
