Senior People Technology Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with Talent Acquisition to enhance technology solutions, the full-time Senior People Technology Analyst will focus on building scalable, secure platform infrastructure and automating operational processes while supporting the People organization remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other People teams to identify technology opportunities and improve processes using AI
- Develop shared integrations and data services to support AI-powered solutions across the People organization
- Steward core People platforms, ensuring reliable and secure operations while evaluating emerging technologies for productivity improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience
- Experience managing enterprise People platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse, including designing or implementing integrations
- Supported Recruiting or Talent Acquisition through technology with knowledge of hiring processes and tools
- Experimented with AI tools to automate work or build solutions relevant to People Technology challenges
- Led technology initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management
