Senior People Transformation Strategist

Job Summary

Leading high-impact transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior People Transformation Strategist will diagnose current processes, redesign them for efficiency, and implement AI-enabled solutions to reshape the People function, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner and program owner across transformation initiatives within People functions
• Diagnose and redesign current-state processes to eliminate inefficiencies and implement automation
• Drive change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful adoption of new processes

Required qualifications

• 6-9+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, or strategy
• Demonstrated experience in AI-enabled environments and workflow automation
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in complex organizations
• Experience in driving change management and adoption of new processes
• Strong program and process logic with the ability to think in systems
