Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft modules (IH, CRM, HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis, gather and document functional requirements, and create design specifications
• Develop and execute test scenarios, review results, and lead knowledge transfer sessions
• Ensure alignment of functional requirements with operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Six or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment
• Four or more years of experience with PeopleSoft modules (IH, CRM, HCM)
• Six or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs
• Experience facilitating requirements and design sessions with end users
• Business analysis experience in a government setting using PeopleSoft, particularly HCM module
