Senior PeopleSoft CAPPS Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical oversight and application support, the remote Senior PeopleSoft CAPPS Systems Analyst will manage enterprise ERP initiatives for financial and HR/payroll systems, ensuring compliance with standards and collaborating with stakeholders across Texas government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical consulting and oversight for enterprise ERP initiatives
• Review and validate requirements, procedures, and testing deliverables to ensure compliance with established standards
• Lead technical reviews of designs, specifications, and system architecture while analyzing business processes for solution implementation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting Texas state government agencies
• 10+ years of experience with large-scale enterprise application systems and managing technical projects
• 10+ years of technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2
• Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, and Oracle databases
• 8+ years of experience working within ITIL frameworks and service management processes
