Senior PeopleSoft Consultant
Job Summary
To support the optimization of PeopleSoft HCM solutions, the remote Senior PeopleSoft Consultant will lead functional analysis, gather business requirements, and configure Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis, design, and implementation activities within PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll
- Gather and document business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders
- Support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and year-end activities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll experience
- Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Benefits Administration, Workforce Administration, Time & Labor, and North American Payroll
- Experience with payroll taxation and regulatory compliance
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
