Senior PeopleSoft Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Consultant, the full-time onsite position will focus on analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and configuring modules in PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design functional solutions for PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll modules
- Configure and support enterprise PeopleSoft environments in collaboration with technical teams
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide production support for implemented solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM experience
- 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Payroll experience
- Strong functional experience with Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, and North American Payroll
- Proficient in payroll processing, taxation, validation, and reconciliation
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design
