Senior PeopleSoft HCM Administrator

Job Summary

To support a leading academic institution, the remote Senior PeopleSoft HCM Administrator will manage PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 implementations, drive disaster recovery exercises, and develop enterprise standards while ensuring high availability and performance of hosted applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 implementations, including managing high availability, load balancers, and application upgrades
• Drive annual disaster recovery exercises and coordinate with teams to ensure success
• Troubleshoot production performance issues and manage service requests for critical applications

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft PUM and Tools upgrades, CPU patching, and troubleshooting
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with PeopleSoft integrations and security policies
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and various related technologies
• Experience with AWS platform and related technologies is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
