Senior PeopleSoft HCM Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting various HR systems and processes, the remote Senior PeopleSoft HCM Analyst will lead configuration and support of PeopleSoft HCM modules while troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with IT and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead configuration and support of PeopleSoft HCM modules, ensuring accurate system functionality
• Support and configure Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Performance Management, and Core HR processes
• Conduct impact analysis, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for system updates and releases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM configuration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Recent experience with PeopleSoft Payroll and Time & Labor modules
• Proficiency with PS Query; experience with PUM and PeopleTools is a plus
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
