Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant will support the State of Texas CAPPS program by configuring PeopleSoft HCM modules, managing security compliance, and providing end-user support across a multi-agency ERP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Talent Acquisition Management and Onboarding workflows, and support annual performance management cycles
• Administer security roles and ensure compliance with state policies and accessibility standards, conducting security audits as needed
• Develop reports and dashboards for recruiting metrics and performance evaluations, while providing Tier 2 support for end-users

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Talent Management and related technical tools (e.g., SQL, SQR, Application Designer)
• 8+ years of experience managing batch jobs and supporting ERP integrations across modules
• 3+ years of knowledge of ITIL principles
• Experience with WCAG 2.1 compliance and security best practices in ERP systems
