Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant will analyze existing HCM business processes, recommend automation strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Define automation requirements and develop detailed plans for implementation
- Create technical documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Senior-level experience with PeopleSoft HCM in complex enterprise environments
- Strong functional knowledge of Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules
- Hands-on technical expertise with PeopleTools and automation implementation
- Fluent English proficiency
