Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules MSS and ESS
- Gather and analyze business requirements, configure the system, and conduct functional testing
- Provide training to end-users, maintain documentation, and offer post-implementation support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of PeopleTools, Crystal Reports, SQR, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Ability to customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools and other technologies
- Capability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and be client-facing
