Senior PeopleSoft Security Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional onsite requirements, the contract-to-perm Senior PeopleSoft Security Analyst will provide senior-level technical consulting and support for CAPPS applications, focusing on security administration, role-based access control, and compliance within Texas' enterprise PeopleSoft platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege security models
• Design, implement, and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and conflict remediation processes
• Investigate identity-related security incidents, including unauthorized access and account compromises

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise application systems and technical operations
• 10+ years of experience supporting CAPPS programs and environments
• 10+ years of experience with IT security controls, governance, and compliance practices
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2 and related technologies
• Experience managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) within enterprise applications
