Job Summary

Designing and implementing comprehensive analytics solutions, the full-time Senior Performance Analyst will work remotely to conduct data analysis, develop visualizations, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions, including data processing and visualizations
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns and insights across various datasets
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations through effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis within enterprise environments
• Expert proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Informatica
• Proven ability to manage and analyze raw data to develop actionable recommendations
