Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Performance Suite Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Client & Product teams to develop strategic approaches for Value-Based Care initiatives
• Analyze capitated risk partnerships and estimate cost reduction and quality improvement potential
• Communicate actionable insights and synthesize complex analyses into presentations for stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or healthcare focus
• 1+ years of experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or SAS and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and claims processing
