Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or creative strategy, particularly in paid social and digital video
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and their relation to creative outcomes
• Proven portfolio showcasing data-informed creative ideation that achieved measurable growth
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, especially Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience in high-velocity creative testing environments with a focus on real-time data
