Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Designer to enhance its direct response creative across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own design execution across paid media channels with a focus on conversion-driven creative
- Create static ads, motion graphics, and visual toolkits that capture consumer attention
- Drive creative testing strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of design experience for DTC brands, with 2 years in a performance-driven role
- Proven track record of designing high-performing ads across Meta, Google, and Amazon
- Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Canva
- Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and ad optimization methodologies
- Experience with UGC formats and designing content around them
