Senior Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and strategies for complex systems and applications
• Analyze performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks, issues, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot performance issues and drive performance optimization efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or related field
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar
• Familiarity with technologies Docker, Kubernetes, Argo, and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing
• Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools such as Grafana and Prometheus to analyze system performance
