Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Engineer - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze software architecture to identify performance, scalability, and resiliency improvements
• Collaborate with architects on capacity planning, validation, and benchmarking for new microservices
• Design and automate scalability and resiliency tests while identifying performance tuning opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in performance engineering fundamentals and monitoring tools
• Experience with AWS services and infrastructure bottlenecks analysis
• Proficiency in using NewRelic and Splunk for application performance management
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like BlazeMeter, Neoload, and JMeter
• Ability to work in a remote and geographically distributed team environment
