Senior Performance Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Performance Engineer will manage end-to-end performance testing for web and mobile applications, utilizing tools like JMeter and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance performance strategies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform load and performance testing on applications using JMeter and deliver comprehensive reports
• Design and execute load, stress, and scalability testing while collaborating on performance-related test cases
• Mentor junior engineers on performance testing best practices and stay updated on current methodologies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and analysis of web-based enterprise applications
• Proficiency in JMeter and performance monitoring tools like Grafana
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C#.NET or Java
• Advanced SQL knowledge and familiarity with load testing concepts in a C#.NET environment
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes environments and creating Grafana dashboards for performance monitoring
