Key responsibilities
- Perform load and performance testing using JMeter and deliver comprehensive reports to project teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance targets and design testing scenarios based on application functionality
- Mentor junior engineers on performance testing best practices and maintain documentation for testing processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance testing and analysis of web-based enterprise applications
- Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language, such as C#.NET or Java
- Experience with performance monitoring tools like Grafana and knowledge of Kubernetes environments
- Advanced SQL knowledge and familiarity with source control tools like GIT
- Strong understanding of load testing concepts, infrastructure components, and performance metrics
