Job Summary
Owning the paid search, paid social, and SEO strategy, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth for the CE Broker product line in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2C paid search and paid social strategies to enhance subscription acquisition and conversion rates
- Lead the organic search program focusing on technical SEO, content SEO, and on-page optimization for healthcare professionals
- Develop a subscription-economics measurement framework to optimize budget allocation across channels and campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of B2C digital marketing experience with a focus on paid search and SEO for subscription-based businesses
- Expert-level knowledge of subscription marketing fundamentals and proven track record of scaling subscriber acquisition
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools like Looker/Data Studio
- Hands-on expertise in leveraging AI for PPC and SEO workflows, including LLM-based keyword and content research
