Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Affiliate & Referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate and referral marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition
• Manage all operations and reporting for affiliate, referral, and revenue share programs
• Enhance relationships with current affiliates and recruit new partners, focusing on larger creators

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in affiliate and referral programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
• Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
• Organized and proactive in managing multiple tasks within affiliate marketing
• Passionate about affiliate marketing and knowledgeable about its evolving landscape
